Detectives investigating the death of a 16-year-old have charged two people with murder.
Stelios Averkiou died in hospital nine days after he was found with stab wounds at Lordship Recreation Ground in Tottenham on August 1.
The emergency services had responded to a call from the recreation ground at around 2.15pm.
Today, the Met Police issued an update on its investigation into the death of Stelios.
Police say a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old boy have both been charged with murder.
They are both due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on Thursday September 2.
