A man in his 60s has died after he was found with a serious leg injury in an alley in Edmonton.
Police had appealed for help confirming how he sustained the injury after he was found off Langhedge Lane at around 3am on Thursday, September 2.
It is understood the man had previously been in hospital for an unrelated reason but was seen leaving alone on CCTV before later being found injured.
The Met Police confirmed he died in hospital the following day.
A spokesperson added: "At this stage his death is being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious.
"A file has been passed to the coroner."
His next of kin have been informed.
