The woman was saved from the flat in Duckett Road, Hornsey, last night (Tuesday, January 17) and taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
There is currently no information about her condition.
London Fire Brigade was alerted to the fire at 1.54am (January 18) and sent four fire engines and 25 firefighters to the scene.
Crews from Hornsey, Holloway and Stoke Newington were all involved and the blaze was under control by 3.22am.
The fire has completely destroyed a three-roomed flat, which forms part of a series of flats within a converted house.
London Fire Brigade say the cause of the fire is currently unknown and an investigation is underway.
