Football fans have been warned that police will be using live facial recognition technology ahead of the north London derby.
Spurs will take on Arsenal at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium later today (April 28), with kick-off expected at 2pm.
Police have now said that they plan on deploying live facial recognition technology “in the vicinity of White Hart Lane”.
The technology will be used to identify those with outstanding arrest warrants issued in court, and those wanted for offences, or have licence conditions, overseen by police.

Police will also seek out those who have a court-imposed requirement which means they should not be at today’s match.
A Met spokesperson said: "For each deployment a bespoke watchlist is created.
“Where there is no match against the watchlist, the biometric image is automatically deleted and can’t be retrieved by police.”
