Motorcyclist charged with 'dangerous driving' in Fortis Green
A 19-YEAR-OLD student accused of using his mobile phone while driving in Muswell Hill has been charged.
Lee Edward Smith, 19, of central London, was spotted by police in Fortis Green Road on November 8.
He has later tracked down, arrested, and charged with dangerous driving, not having the proper insurance, not having the correct licence and using his mobile phone.
The driver appeared at Haringey Magistrates Court, in Lordship Lane, today.
He was released on bail and will appear at Highgate Magistrates Court, in Bishops Road, on December 22.
