Customers of Sky Broadband are reporting issues with their service.
On Down Detector, a website for reporting website issues and outages, customers began reporting issues primarily with internet connection. However, a small number of reports have been made for television and phone.
Reports began to appear on the site around 9am.
According to the site, reports seem to be coming mostly from the following locations: London, Lincoln, Loddon, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Croydon.

Customers have taken to Twitter to share the issues they have been experiencing, with many facing the issue in Lincoln.

One user wrote on the social media site: "I live in Lincoln and just wondering if there is a sky broadband service issue in my area? Internet went off out of nowhere run the check and turned my box off and an again and still nothing."
This prompted replies from others in the area with similar issues
In replying to tweets from the Sky Help account, the company has acknowledged this is a known outage.
Sky wrote: "I'm sorry to see that you are having this issue. There is a known outage in the area and any updates we have will be updated for you on our Twitter page as soon as we have any. Thanks, Pete"
The Sky Help account also confirmed that customers in Lincolnshire may not be able to receive or make calls.
