Tottenham Hotspur outcast Emmanuel Adebayor is reportedly in talks with West Ham United about a loan switch, eight months after a move to Upton Park broke down.
Adebayor, 31, had been expected to join the Hammers on loan in the January transfer window. However, the move collapsed late on and the Togolese striker remained at Spurs.
Now, though, Sky Sports News claim the two clubs have restarted negotiations for the former Real Madrid, Arsenal and Manchester City striker.
Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino stripped the forward of his squad number at White Hart Lane over the summer and he is surplus to requirements after making just nine Premier League starts last term.
Aston Villa have also been heavily linked with Adebayor, who worked under current Villans boss Tim Sherwood at Spurs.
